POV系列旋片式真空泵采用缸体外置方式，充分利用油冷和风冷进行散热，具有转速高、温度低、噪音小、结构紧凑、起动方便等优点。  

POV series rotary vane vacuum pump adopt the way of outboard first cylinder , make full use of the oil cooling and air cooling to heat dissipation, which have the advantages of high speed, low temperature, low noise, compact structure, start easily.       
       
 优秀的结构及性能：
Excellent structure and performance:

 1）采用无弹簧旋片。可以避免因弹簧断裂而引起的停泵故障。
 2）采用强制供油方式。在大气压附近连续排气运转时，可以得到稳定的排气性能。
 3）采用油压式油逆流防止机构。泵内装有油逆止阀，限度地减少进入泵内的逆流油量，解决了停电或意外停泵泵油逆流进泵体内造成再启动困难。
 4）采用可变油量方式。本泵为使油量管理简便，扩大了油量指示范围。

 1) Use the no spring rotary vane. To avoid the failure of stop pumping caused by spring breakage.

2) Adopt the method of forced feed oil . When exhaust running near atmospheric pressure continuously , can get the stable exhaust performance.

3) Adopt the prevent institutions of hydraulic type oil reverse flow . There is a check valve of oil in a pump, minimize reverse flow of oil into the pump, to solve the restart difficulties caused by power outage or unexpected stop pumping that oil pumping reverse flow into the pump.

4) Use the variable oil quantity way. This pump makes oil management easily, expands the indication range of oil quantity .
